Effective Date: October 18, 2026

Business Name: Koah LLC

Website: https://www.koahai.com

Welcome to Koah LLC ("Koah," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using our website, accessing educational materials, and purchasing products or services from Koah.

Please review these terms before using our website or purchasing services.

1. Use of Our Website

By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

You agree not to: use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; attempt to compromise website security or functionality; copy or distribute protected website content without authorization; misrepresent your identity or submit knowingly false information; use the website in a manner that interferes with the rights or activities of others; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to information or systems connected to our website.

We reserve the right to restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect our website, services, and users.

2. Products and Services

Koah provides practical AI education, hands-on workshops, guided working sessions, workflow diagnostics, operational consulting, automation assistance, and AI implementation services for businesses.

Our services may include helping business owners understand how AI can support everyday tasks, improve operational workflows, and make existing systems more effective.

Services may be provided virtually, in person, through educational materials, or through individually arranged engagements.

We strive to describe our offerings accurately. However, services, availability, pricing, and included features may change.

Purchases and consulting engagements may be subject to additional written agreements, statements of work, proposals, or purchase terms.

Where a signed service agreement contains terms that differ from these website Terms of Service, the signed agreement will control for that engagement to the extent permitted by law.

3. Pricing and Payments

The applicable price and payment terms for a product or service will be disclosed before purchase.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified during checkout.

Paid diagnostics and working sessions: Payment may be required before an appointment is confirmed, as indicated in the booking or checkout process.

Implementation and consulting projects: Payment schedules, deposits, project milestones, additional expenses, and any recurring fees will be established in a separate proposal or service agreement.

Subscriptions and recurring charges: Any recurring payment arrangement offered by Koah will be disclosed before purchase, including billing frequency, renewal conditions, and cancellation instructions.

Koah will not impose recurring charges without disclosing the applicable terms and obtaining any consent required by law.

4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Our policy is intended to give clients flexibility while respecting the time reserved for their appointments.

Paid Workflow Diagnostics and Individual Working Sessions

Cancellations at least 24 hours before the appointment: Clients who cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time are eligible for a full refund of the session fee.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law or otherwise approved by Koah.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule an appointment without an additional fee by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time, subject to appointment availability.

Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment are not guaranteed and may be treated as late cancellations.

Koah may allow a one-time courtesy reschedule for an emergency or exceptional circumstance at its discretion.

Missed appointments: Clients who do not attend a scheduled paid appointment without providing the required notice are not eligible for a refund, except where required by law.

If a client arrives late, the session may need to end at its originally scheduled time. Extensions are not guaranteed.

Cancellations by Koah: If Koah must cancel a scheduled paid session, the client may choose a full refund or a new appointment time.

Workshops and Educational Events: Refund and cancellation terms for paid workshops, group training, and special educational events will be stated during registration or checkout.

Free workshops do not involve a registration payment and therefore do not require a refund.

Consulting and Implementation Projects: Refunds, deposits, cancellation rights, and payment obligations for custom consulting or implementation engagements will be governed by the applicable written agreement.

Unless that agreement expressly provides otherwise, these engagements are not automatically subject to the individual appointment refund policy above.

Digital Products: Any refund limitations or eligibility conditions for digital products will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule: Email hello@koahai.com with your name, appointment date, and cancellation or rescheduling request.

The timing of the request will be determined by when Koah receives the message or when the booking platform records the cancellation or rescheduling action.

For appointment deadlines, times are measured relative to the scheduled start time in the time zone shown on the booking confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original content on this website, including educational materials, worksheets, training resources, text, graphics, branding, videos, and other protected materials, is owned by or licensed to Koah LLC.

Materials made available for individual learning may be used for their stated educational purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit protected materials without appropriate authorization, except as permitted by law or an applicable license.

Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables produced during a consulting or implementation engagement will be governed by the applicable service agreement.

6. Educational Information, AI Tools, and Results

Koah provides educational information and services intended to help businesses understand and apply technology more effectively.

Our demonstrations, workshops, resources, and examples are intended for education and general business guidance unless a separate engagement establishes specific deliverables.

AI-generated information: AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate information.

Clients and website visitors are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions or communicating it to customers.

AI-generated materials should not be used as a substitute for appropriate professional judgment, independent verification, or required legal, financial, medical, or other specialized advice.

Automation and implementation: Automated workflows and technology integrations may depend on third-party platforms, account permissions, data quality, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.

Koah does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of external services or a particular outcome from using an AI tool or automation.

Business outcomes: Examples and demonstrations are intended to illustrate possible applications.

Koah does not guarantee specific increases in revenue, customer acquisition, rankings, time savings, or other business results unless an explicit written agreement establishes a particular commitment.

Actual outcomes depend on the client's business circumstances, implementation, and other factors.

Nothing in this section limits legal rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our website and services may include links or integrations involving platforms such as Webflow, HighLevel, Stripe, AI providers, and other third-party services.

Those providers may have their own terms, privacy practices, usage restrictions, and fees.

Koah does not control the independent content, availability, or practices of third-party platforms.

When purchasing or using a third-party product, the applicable provider terms may apply in addition to any agreement with Koah.

8. Website Availability

We work to maintain a functional, accessible website, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may update, maintain, or temporarily suspend website features when reasonably necessary.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by external hosting, infrastructure, or third-party service providers to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Koah LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website, including loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities, or data, where such limitations are legally enforceable.

Specific consulting and implementation engagements may have separate liability provisions in their written agreements.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections.

10. Changes to These Terms

Koah may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our offerings, operations, or legal requirements.

The effective date identifies the current version.

Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes or obtain additional consent.

Changes to these website terms will not automatically override existing signed service agreements where further agreement is required.
